The Vine has 4 areas available for large parties with capacities as follows:

DEPOSIT
A deposit of $100 is required upon booking and may be applied to the balance due at the conclusion of the event.
GRATUITY
A gratuity of 20% will be added to your bill. If for any reason you do not feel absolutely satisfied with your food quality or service you received, please let us know.
The Vine is only a small wine bar and bistro, and therefore our continued viability relies heavily on respect being honored by our customers or adequate notice given to us of any changes to your party arrangement. Accordingly, the following applies:
CANCELLATION POLICY
8 days or more – no charge
3-7 days – 50% of estimated food and beverage cost
48 Hours or less – 75% of estimated food and beverage cost
No Show – 100% of estimated food and beverage cost
A guaranteed number of guests is required 48 hours prior to your event.
Party Menu Options
The Meet and Greet: (price depends upon selections)
- The meet and greet is designed for those who are looking to host an elegant event but do not wish to serve a full meal. This event is customized for each individual’s party needs. Most of the time several appetizers and wine/beer/cocktails are served. Please contact us at (636)946-8463 to discuss your event plans.
The Luncheon: ($18 – $20 per person)
- Pick 2 Appetizers(Optional) – Cheese or Antipasta Platter, Shrimp Cocktail, Mini Stuffed Portabella Caps, Bruchetta or Shrimp Cocktail
- Choose between the House or Caesar Salad
- Pick a combo of Crepes,Sandwiches or entrees up to 3 depending on party size (menu available upon request)
- Choose a dessert options. (Homemade Cheesecake with a Port Wine Chocolate Genache, Creme Brulee)
The Formal: ($35 per person)
- Choose between the House, Caesar Salad or homemade Lobster Bisque
- Choose 2 to 4 Entrees depending on party size (See dinner menu for selections, Specialty entrees not listed on menu can be arranged)
- Choose two dessert options
- Appetizers can be added at an additional charge per appetizer platter. .
